Cass County Shared Services Arrangement
A shared services arrangement (SSA) exists when two or more local education
agencies (LEAs) enter into an agreement for the performance and administration of
a program. LEAs who enter into a written contract to jointly operate their special
education programs as an SSA must follow procedures developed by TEA.
